Privacy policy

1. Who we are

webfaqe.pro is offered by Dev2Devs, a company registered in the Republic of Kosovo, the controller of your data. Contact: hi@webfaqe.pro.

2. What we store

The project brief: everything you give in the wizard (business name, sector, city, colours, pages, domain, your name, email, phone, budget, notes). The account: name, email, hashed password. The project: progress, messages with the team, links. Technical: server logs for up to 30 days. No analytics, no advertising, no trackers.

3. Why

To build what you asked for, to tell you about progress by email, for billing and for the security of the service. Legal bases: our contract with you and our legitimate interest.

4. Where and who

Servers in the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt), email through Resend, the site at Hostinger. For domains and app store publishing your details (name, email) go to the domain registrar, Apple and Google, in your name. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

5. How long

For the life of the project and its maintenance, plus 3 years for billing obligations. Delete the account from the settings; briefs sent without an account are deleted on request to hi@webfaqe.pro.

6. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, export, complaint to Kosovo's Information and Privacy Agency or your EU supervisory authority. We apply Law 06/L-082 and, for EU users, the GDPR.

7. Cookies

The site keeps only the wizard draft (locally, until you send it) and the console session. No tracking cookies.
