Terms of use

1. The service

Dev2Devs builds websites, shops, apps, email and related services according to the brief you send. The first version for approval is delivered within 24 hours of receiving a complete brief; app store publishing depends on Apple and Google.

2. Approval and payment

The project goes live after your approval in the console. Payment is due after approval, per the price list. Up to two rounds of changes before approval are included.

3. Ownership

After payment, the domain, code, design and content of the project are yours. Our internal tools and libraries remain ours and are licensed to you for use.

4. Your content

You warrant that you hold the rights to the logos, photos and texts you give us. We do not build sites for unlawful or deceptive content.

5. Maintenance

The first year of hosting, domain and email is included. Afterwards 29 € per month, cancellable monthly, or a full handover to you.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect losses, app store rejections or outages of third-party providers.

7. Law

The law of the Republic of Kosovo applies; the competent courts are in Prishtina.
